Easily integrate
with other software systems
- Custom data files — Don’t
waste time and run the risk of introducing errors by manually
transferring your commercial card program data into your
organization’s accounting, HR, or ERP software systems.
ProCard works with you to develop custom data files, or
"mappers," to automate the process. The mappers are designed
specifically for you and provide data in the exact formats
required to integrate with your other systems. You just
generate the mapper through our applications and then import
the data directly into your software.
- Stand-alone custom solutions —
Custom solutions services are available to you even if you
don’t use one of our applications. ProCard will develop
a customized solution to accept data feeds from any major
credit card processor and provide you with custom mappers
directly from our database system.

Integrate
third-party reports and statements
- Custom report file feeds — ProCard
can receive report print files from any third-party vendor
and make those reports available to you through the Centre
Suite Report Management module. ProCard works with you and
the vendor to integrate those report print files into the
application.
- Custom statement image file feeds —
Likewise, ProCard can receive statement image files from
any third-party vendor and make those statements available
to you through the Centre Suite Statement Management module.
- Custom payment files — If you
want to submit electronic payments using a special payment
file format (for example, a proprietary lockbox format),
ProCard works with you to develop the payment file to meet
your specifications.
