The Account Management module enables administrators to drill down into multiple levels of account detail to add new credit card accounts, maintain existing ones, and perform updates or modifications in real time. Benefits of the Account Management module include:

Real-time Program Maintenance

  • Real-time capabilities — Based on user permissions, you can make instant changes to fields such as cardholder address, spending limits, velocity limits, MCC Groups, and more. The Account Management module also allows for a real-time interface with your bank’s card management system to facilitate card and account maintenance and new card requests.

  • Immediate account modification — Quickly address and execute cardholder demands, whether they are entertaining clients or at the point of sale. Frequent, on-the-spot account modifications like changing approved vendors or increasing credit limits are often necessary and the Account Management module enables you to rapidly respond to ever-changing spending needs.
